Brad Dhesi is an amazing realtor. We recently worked with him to sell our single-family home in Woodbridge in Irvine. He helped us through a complete remodel, managing the landscaping, floor replacement, painting, contractors and various other work crews, with patience and expertise. He did so as if he had done it many, many times before, because he has. You won’t find a more qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, even-keeled realtor anywhere. We sought out Brad based on a recommendation from a friend. From the moment we met him, I knew we were going to get along great. My partner and I were first-time home buyers who had so many questions, and Brad took care of us at every step of the journey.From our first meeting when we filled out our form talking about what we were looking for in a home, to answering our questions basically immediately over email/text/phone call/Zoom (seriously, this man is CONNECTED), to walking through the process of our inspection, to the slog of escrow, and finally closing, Brad was STELLAR at every step of the way.=The Search=He set us up on his website with a custom search based on the information that we provided that collects information from all the major realty sites (+ some secret ones!) in order to provide you the most robust search possible. Honestly, we were a little addicted, but I think this site was crucial for us to find our home basically as soon as it was listed so we could go check it out.=The Assessment=Brad came with us for our initial visit of the property where we ultimately decided we'd want to purchase the house. His attention to detail was phenomenal. We were debriefing, and Brad was pointing out things me and my partner had missed, to make sure we had all the information necessary to make the best decision.=The Purchasing=We actually purchased our home remotely! Both my partner and I were away for the holidays, but did this stop Brad? Never. We had an offer, a counter offer, and a final acceptance all take place while we were away. We were able to get into escrow smoothly without even being in the area, all thanks to Brad's hard work and communication skills. He came with us to our home inspection, and provided his own notes in addition to what the inspector offered us. He strategized with us on how to get support from the seller to cover some of the issues that arose from the inspection report, and we got it! Brad's a smooth talker, and it shows in his negotiation skills that he's using on your behalf.On top of that...do you know how much paperwork you have to go through in escrow? As a couple of very paranoid first-time buyers, we really wanted to read everything...really, everything. And when we came to Brad with 50 questions about whatever document we had been sent that day, he patiently sat with us and answered everything to make sure we felt comfortable.=The Connections=On top of everything else, Brad knows someone for EVERYTHING. Contractor? He's got it. Movers? He's got it. Cleaners? He's got it. Locksmith? He's got it. Which has been such a weight off of our shoulders because so far, everyone he's referred us to has been an absolute delight. We're working with his contractor now, having already worked with his recommendation for Termite Inspection and Home Inspection, and will absolutely be using his recommendation for Movers and Cleaners soon.Overall, Brad is THE BEST. While I hope we stay where we're at for a long time and won't need his services again in the near future, I'm absolutely recommending all of my friends talk with him, and in a world where we're selling, we will absolutely be coming back.
